As a coach from Denmark I find it very interesting to go to the USA and scout players as I see a lot of potential and talent in the USA. I have taken many players to Denmark in the past from these ID programs.

Here I have the chance to see these players live and not always through video clip or film.
I need to know for sure if a player will fit into my team and this way I will be sure. When I have the chance to watch a player for a 3 day showcase there will be no doubt that I can see what players are ready for European football, what players need more training, and who are not yet ready of course.

Visiting Talent ID Showcases gives me a chance to get a close up look at a player that I would never get from a highlight video. Not only do I get to see his skills at the showcase. I also get a good feel for his personality and his tactical awareness and maybe even more important: It allows me to see how well he adapts when he is asked to do things on the field he is not used to doing.
Coach Balling has been recruiting American players on a regular basis over the past years.
